Job Opportunity: Guest Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests by performing various tasks, including cleaning public areas and ensuring adequate supplies are available.
  • Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge in guest service and hospitality operations.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience necessary, but preference given to those with housekeeping or customer service experience.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to perform duties involving prolonged standing, walking, and lifting.
