Hotel Guest Services Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hotel Guest Services Representative. This role involves providing exceptional service to guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.

  • Providing assistance with guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintaining accurate records of guest interactions and updates.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve high-quality service standards.
About the Role

This casual position involves working on average 2-3 shifts per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed. You will be responsible for handling incoming calls, checking guests in and out, processing payments, and maintaining a high level of service.

You will be reporting directly to the Front of House Manager with support from the Operations Manager. Your ability to think quickly and problem-solve will be essential in this role.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in hospitality or a related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a small team.
  • Prior experience with RMS booking systems is ideal but not essential.

Work Details
