**Role Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic customer service professional to join our Front Office Team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences through reservations, arrivals, departures, and throughout their stay.
  • Act as an ambassador for the Hotel, positively representing and promoting our boutique brand.
  • Assist in hosting events and interacting with guests to create a memorable experience.
  • Support the Food and Beverage Team with service.
  • Maintain sufficient knowledge of all room rates and available packages.
  • Follow up on all guest requests and complaints.
