Job Title: Business Development Lead
">Overview: A Business Development Lead is responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in the cruise bookings and packages industry. Key performance indicators (KPIs) are met by meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
">- Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth through quoting, booking and invoicing cruise bookings and packages
- Ensure KPIs are met by meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
- Support and handle customer enquiries efficiently and accurately
- Maximise sales opportunities by upselling and cross-selling
- Monitor and action all relevant mailboxes daily
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive product information to deliver and generate sales
- Requirements:
- Proven experience working in a customer service environment and working towards sales targets
- Minimum 2 years' retail or wholesale experience in the Cruise or Travel Industry
- GDS experience
- Exceptional focus on details, adept problem-solving skills, and thrive under pressure
- Ambitious, highly motivated, and proficient in organizing tasks efficiently
