Life Changing Disability Care Specialist

Disability Support Role
As a disability support worker, you will be responsible for assisting clients in their own homes with daily life activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and domestic assistance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing personal care assistance including showering, bathroom assistance & grooming
- Monitoring medication
- Assisting with incontinence management, including pad changes and basic catheter care
- Delivering palliative care services
- Performing domestic assistance tasks
- Preparing meals
- Offering social support
- Transporting clients to and from appointments
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have the following qualifications:
- Working With Children Check
- NDIS Worker screening check
- First Aid & CPR certification
- Completion of NDIS Orientation Modules
- Covid-19 Infection Control (Australian Government) training
- A reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
Preferred Qualifications
Experience is preferred, but additional training will be provided.
