We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide support and care to people with disabilities in their daily lives.
This role involves working independently and as part of a team to deliver person-centred support, enabling individuals to live safely and happily in their own homes.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing and meal preparation.
- Support individuals with mobility issues, including transfers and repositioning.
- Assist with domestic duties, such as cleaning and laundry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families.
- Participate in regular training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Able to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing situations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- First aid and CPR certification.
