Job Overview

We provide occupational rehabilitation services, injury prevention programs, and workplace education to help individuals with illnesses, disabilities, or injuries achieve their goals.

Our team includes skilled allied health professionals and employment consultants who work collaboratively with clients, employers, and medical professionals to develop tailored care plans.

We aim to support people in achieving return-to-health and return-to-work outcomes, utilizing our expertise in case management, clinical knowledge, and injury prevention strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing injury prevention and workplace education programs;
  • Case management, including caseloads and support from Rehabilitation Assistants;
  • Applying clinical knowledge to improve return-to-work outcomes;
  • Working collaboratively with injured workers, employers, and medical professionals;
  • Assisting individuals with injuries or health conditions to achieve return-to-health and return-to-work outcomes;
  • Completing various assessments using clinical skills, including initial, workplace, and vocational assessments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy or Exercises Physiology and registration with AHPRA or ESSA;
  • Previous experience in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry would be highly regarded;
  • Excellent communication skills, compassion, empathy, and well-developed time management skills;
  • A current NSW Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance.
