Occupational Health Role

We are seeking a highly skilled occupational health professional to identify and manage workplace factors impacting employee health and safety.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing evidence-based programs to prevent psychological and physical harm in the workplace
  • Providing specialist advice on managing occupational health risks to internal stakeholders

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Psychology or a related field
  • Previous experience in a workplace safety role with an emphasis on psychological injuries and illnesses
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
  • A passion for promoting better mental health outcomes in the workplace
