About the Role

We're Terem, a tech product development and strategy firm, and we're seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading our product delivery efforts and ensuring that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex software products and projects
  • Develop and implement agile project management methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure project success
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading agile project management teams and delivering complex software products and projects
  • Strong background in project management methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the tech industry and market trends
