Job Description

We're seeking a brilliant mid-level Client Delivery Lead to join our Billing Team in Melbourne, Australia. As a key member of our APAC team, you'll work closely with technical stakeholders, Billing teams, and clients to deliver complex projects. Your expertise in product management, customer journeys, and technical stakeholder engagement will be invaluable in shaping our product vision and strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define product vision and strategy with operation and non-operation teams
  • Identify new ideas and technology to improve the product
  • Develop MVP and test & learn approach for product capability
  • Support business with issue resolution for the product
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver product features
  • Ensure continuous review and adaptation to customer and business needs
Requirements
  • Degree-qualified equivalent with strong client delivery and/or product ownership experience
  • Strong agile delivery experience and product management skills
  • Experience of product management and customer journeys
  • Experience working with technical stakeholders (developers, QA, solution architects)
  • Experience working with Billing, ideally in the energy sector
  • Solid understanding of technology and associated trends
  • Excellent communications, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to challenge traditional ways of thinking
  • Experience of working with complex delivery pipelines for clients
  • Patience and understanding of clients' transformations
