Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our CEO and Board to define product features, improvements, and roadmap
  • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on market requirements, CEO/Board direction, customer feedback, and business objectives
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, CS, and QA, to deliver high-quality product increments on time at a high cadence
  • Translate business requirements into user stories, workflows, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Gather insights to continuously improve product feature utilization, usability, and user satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze key product metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization
Requirements
  • A degree in computer science, Engineering, Design, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably in a B2B or B2C SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of UX design principles and methodologies
  • Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
