Job Title

Key Position for Facility Operation and Maintenance Specialist

As a vital member of our maintenance team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. This is a hands-on position that requires a solid background in maintenance to ensure daily operations run efficiently.

This includes:

  • Developing and implementing effective maintenance schedules.
  • Responding promptly to scheduled and unscheduled maintenance needs.
  • Ensuring safety protocols are followed by adhering to all safety procedures, including lock-out/tag-out, PPE requirements, and best practices.
  • Conducting regular inspections and tests to identify and address any issues.
  • Collaborating with external vendors to ensure timely completion of repairs and adherence to quality standards.
  • Managing inventory to maintain spare parts and ensure seamless operations.
  • Working closely with management to review reports and ensure continuous improvement and meeting production goals.

To be successful in this role, you require:

  • A strong background as a maintenance specialist, preferably with experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, along with proficiency in necessary tools and equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
