We are seeking a Maintenance Professional to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. As an experienced asset maintenance specialist, you will be responsible for performing preventative and reactive maintenance tasks.

The Role
  • Carry out routine maintenance duties to maintain the upkeep of our premises
  • Conduct repairs and replacements as needed to provide a safe living environment for our customers
  • Demonstrate commitment to customer service and meet the needs of older people
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, schedule, coordinate and complete asset maintenance programs within a team
  • Work with minimal supervision and prioritise work within established policies, guidelines and procedures
Requirements
  • Trade certificate or equivalent qualification in asset maintenance
  • Able to function autonomously and make sound decisions
