Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the general maintenance and presentation of our dealership sites. This role involves managing contractors, scheduling repairs, and ensuring all work is carried out to a high standard.

The ideal candidate will have experience in trades, facilities, or property maintenance, with a practical mindset and good communication skills. They must also hold a valid NSW driver's license.

This is a stable and flexible role where your experience is valued. You will have the opportunity to work across well-maintained sites with a supportive team, and enjoy a company vehicle provided for site visits.

In this role you will:

  • Oversee the general maintenance, presentation, and functionality of our dealership sites
  • Manage and coordinate trades and service contractors
  • Schedule and supervise external contractors for ongoing maintenance and repairs
  • Ensure all contractors are inducted and follow safety procedures
  • Monitor building systems such as stormwater tanks, air conditioning, and pressure washers
  • Conduct regular inspections to pre-empt maintenance issues before they arise
  • Support the implementation of WHS practices and represent the maintenance side in safety meetings
