Job Title: Luxury Ambassador
Job Summary: We are seeking a Luxury Ambassador to join our team at Sofitel Sydney Wentworth. As a Luxury Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our guests feel valued and cared for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with queries and provide recommendations on dining experiences, tickets to shows, attractions to see, and transportation.
- Connect with people from around the world and create outstanding guest experiences.
- Oversee daily operations and delegate tasks as needed.
- Supervise the team of Porters and Welcomers and drive their performance.
- Foster a consistent and guest-centric culture within the team.
Requirements:
- Service industry experience and ability to excel in a luxury brand.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make timely decisions.
- Ability to motivate and encourage others to work as a team.
- Experience with the OPERA Property Management System (PMS) is advantageous but not essential.
- Bilingual/Multilingual is highly regarded.
- Desire to grow, learn new skills, and contribute to a rewarding team environment.
