Front Office Ambassador

Sofitel Sydney Wentworth, a renowned international 5-star hotel, is seeking a skilled Front Office All Rounder to join their team. As a key member of the hotel's operations, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding the luxury brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest requests and hotel enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform check-in, check-out processes, and welcome guests to the hotel with a warm and personalized touch.
• Assist with guest queries and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with the Front Office team to ensure seamless operations and maintain high standards of service.

Requirements:

• Proven multi-skilling experience and a high sense of organization.
• Strong communication skills and excellent personal presentation.
• Great interpersonal skills with a passion for connecting with people.
• Desire and ability to excel in a luxury environment.
• Flexible working availability with working rights in Australia.
• Experience using a PMS (Property Management System) such as Opera & HotSOS is highly regarded.
