Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Cook to join our kitchen team, responsible for food ordering, preparation, presentation, and service for our ambassadors' meals. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills, with a passion for cooking great food.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present healthy meals for our ambassadors, balancing options and maintaining high quality standards.
- Ensure a clean and hygienic work environment, following Food Safety guidelines and HACCP principles.
- Assist with taking payment for meals and liaise with the stewarding team for cleaning the kitchen area.
- Keep coffee, tea, sugar, and condiments full for breakfast and lunch.
Requirements
- Has the aptitude and willingness to undertake further development with Sofitel.
- Attention to details, teamwork, communication, and willingness to learn and exceed.
- Organisation, mise en place for successful service, speed, creativity, authenticity, and cleanliness.
