
People Development Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled People Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and supporting performance people initiatives and practices across the ANZ region.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in human resources and talent acquisition, with excellent communication skills to engage with key stakeholders and leaders in the business.
About This Role- You will interpret and apply Australian employment legislation to coach leaders on industrial relations best practice.
- Lead and manage the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, system onboarding, and termination.
- Develop and drive recruitment strategies, screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and manage the interview process with hiring managers.
- Provide sound HR generalist advice on employment relations, including performance management processes and sensitive issues such as grievances and support in investigations and separations.
- Process and coordinate changes in Workday relating to employee personnel records to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Drive organizational and people initiatives aimed at improving HR services in line with our values, strategies, and objectives.
- A minimum 2 years' experience working in a HR Coordinator/Advisory role or talent acquisition experience.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience.
- Highly developed communication skills to engage with key stakeholders and leaders in the business.
