We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing relationships with local employers and supporting them in hiring individuals with disabilities.
About the RoleAs a Recruitment Partner, you will play a key part in helping us achieve our goal of providing inclusive employment opportunities for people with disabilities. Your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with local employers and understand their workforce needs. You will then use this knowledge to connect them with our services and support them in successfully employing individuals with disabilities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the local labour market and emerging industries
- Developing new employer relationships and understanding their staffing needs
- Providing tailored recruitment solutions to meet the needs of both employers and job seekers
- Working closely with Employment Consultants and Ongoing Support Consultants to build opportunities in relevant industries
- Achieving or exceeding all KPIs and applying an outcome-focused approach to the role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of people with disabilities. To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Relevant qualifications in areas such as Employment Services, Community Services or other relevant areas
- Previous experience in employment services, business development, account management or sales
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Performance-focused mindset and proven experience achieving business targets and KPIs
