Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HR professional to develop and support performance improvement initiatives across the region.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply Australian employment legislation to provide guidance on industrial relations best practices to leaders.
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and termination.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies, screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and manage the interview process with hiring managers.
  • Provide expert advice on employment relations, including performance management processes, grievances, and investigations.
  • Process and coordinate changes in personnel records to ensure they are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Implement organizational and people initiatives to improve HR services aligned with company values and objectives.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in a HR Coordinator or Advisory role or talent acquisition experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication skills to develop relationships and engage with stakeholders and leaders.
