
Healthcare Equipment Specialist

As a specialist in healthcare equipment installation and maintenance, you will play a vital role in delivering and installing medical products to customers in their own homes. This is not just a delivery and installation role, but also requires providing exceptional customer service experiences and assurance of reliability.
This position involves driving to customers' homes, acting with respect, politeness and approachability, delivering, collecting, installing and repairing healthcare equipment, demonstrating its use and functionality, and providing outstanding customer-facing services with care, empathy, integrity and kindness.
The ideal candidate must have a full UK driving licence (minimum of 3 years), be able to work independently and as part of a team, possess good communication skills, and be flexible with working days/hours to suit the needs of the business.
