Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Specialist to support the rehabilitation journey of Australian Defence Force personnel.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individuals' needs and develop tailored rehabilitation plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Provide guidance on workplace modifications and ergonomic assessments to promote safe return-to-work strategies
Essential Qualifications:
  • Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA or relevant professional organisation
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Psychology, or Social Work
  • Clinical reasoning and ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams
Key Requirements:
  • Passion for helping people rehabilitate and achieve optimal outcomes
