Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to spearhead our digital twin quality assurance operations in the digitisation group of a leading high-growth technology company.


Main Responsibilities
  • Contractor Management: Lead contractor QA process, set expectations, deliverables, and performance metrics; conduct regular performance reviews; ensure knowledge transfer and training when new workflows are rolled out;
  • Quality Assurance: Design and implement QA frameworks for digital twin model validation; establish standardised processes and measure their effectiveness; create automated processes to keep data valid, trustworthy, and accessible for the organisation;
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with engineering to drive feature improvements and smooth rollouts with fast rollback if needed; coordinate with project managers to meet QA needs and set clear expectations;

Requirements
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex technical programs;
  • Ability to engage with data and form bottom-up assessments to identify edge cases and quality deficiencies;
  • Comfortable using internal tooling, SQL, spreadsheets, and building repeatable processes with strong judgment;

Working Conditions
