Crop Care Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Crop Care Supervisor to lead teams in crop care and cultivation, ensuring performance targets and quality standards are met.

Crop Care Supervisors will be responsible for monitoring crop health, coordinating with senior growers and departments on crop and greenhouse needs, and managing equipment, stock levels, rosters, and WHS processes.

  • Lead teams in pollination, pruning, pest control, and crop maintenance
  • Monitor crop health and ensure procedures and hygiene protocols are followed
  • Coordinate with senior growers and departments on crop and greenhouse needs
  • Manage equipment, stock levels, rosters, and WHS processes
  • Provide team training, support, and performance management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Cert IV + 1 year experience (minimum)
  • Team leadership experience
  • First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Forklift license desirable
  • Physically fit and able to work in warm conditions
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills
