We are seeking a professional to join our team as a Customer Relationship Specialist.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage outstanding accounts from leading financial institutions.
  • Making and receiving high-volume outbound/inbound calls.
  • Investigate to locate and establish contact with our customers.
  • Build and establish relationships with customers through rapport and trust.
  • Create positive outcomes by negotiating repayment solutions.
  • Solve problems and handle objections effectively.
