We are seeking a professional to join our team as a Customer Relationship Specialist.
Job Overview- This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and investigating overdue accounts.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage outstanding accounts from leading financial institutions.
- Making and receiving high-volume outbound/inbound calls.
- Investigate to locate and establish contact with our customers.
- Build and establish relationships with customers through rapport and trust.
- Create positive outcomes by negotiating repayment solutions.
- Solve problems and handle objections effectively.
