Base pay range A$80,000.00/yr - A$100,000.00/yr About the Role We're looking for a dynamic leader to drive insurance sales, member onboarding, and outbound sales initiatives.
In this role, you'll foster a high-performing team culture that actively promotes and cross-sells TMBL's products and services, with a strong focus on insurance and increasing product uptake.
You'll oversee both the New Membership and Insurance Specialist teams, working closely with the National Sales Manager – Everyday Banking to meet defined targets and KPIs.
