Job Overview
As a Customer Services Representative, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers across Australia and New Zealand.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner to meet delivery deadlines and customer expectations.
Communicate clearly and concisely with customers regarding order status, product availability, and any issues that may arise.
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and troubleshooting to effectively promote FMCG products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Demonstrated customer service experience with strong communication skills.
Ability to multitask and take initiative in high-pressure situations.
Positive mindset and empathetic approach when dealing with diverse customer queries.
Skilled at building and nurturing relationships both internally and externally.
Experience in supply chain or exports desirable.
JDE experience an advantage.
