Job Overview

As a Customer Services Representative, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers across Australia and New Zealand.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner to meet delivery deadlines and customer expectations.

  • Communicate clearly and concisely with customers regarding order status, product availability, and any issues that may arise.

  • Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and troubleshooting to effectively promote FMCG products.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated customer service experience with strong communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and take initiative in high-pressure situations.

  • Positive mindset and empathetic approach when dealing with diverse customer queries.

  • Skilled at building and nurturing relationships both internally and externally.

  • Experience in supply chain or exports desirable.

  • JDE experience an advantage.
