About This Role

The primary objective of this position is to establish and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. As the key point of contact, you will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of customer needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet those requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure their needs are being met and address any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Develop strategic plans to grow customer engagement and revenue through effective account management practices.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products and services.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Analyze customer feedback and use insights to inform business decisions and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or relevant field with at least 3-5 years prior experience as an account manager or sales representative.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships with a growth-focused mindset.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to adapt to different customer personalities and preferences.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite with moderate IT skills and computer literacy.
  • Able to demonstrate relationship management skills, strategic problem-solving skills, and a wide breadth of industry knowledge.
  • Clear leadership skills with the ability to facilitate collaboration between stakeholders, customers, and team members.
  • Demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
