Accor is seeking a highly skilled In-Room Dining Attendant to join our team at the Sofitel Sydney Wentworth hotel.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

We are looking for a professional who can deliver exceptional service to our guests by providing accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages to their rooms. The successful candidate will work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality in-room dining experiences that meet our guests' expectations.
  • Follow our Sequence of Service to ensure efficient and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
  • Be knowledgeable about our menu offerings and ingredients to provide excellent customer service.
  • Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Set up and maintain the room service tray and trolley according to our standards.
