Key Responsibilities

As a Night Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service across the entire hotel operation. This involves:

  • Managing operational departments to ensure seamless integration and efficient workflow.
  • Developing and managing staff through coaching, mentoring and performance reviews.
  • Collaborating with team members to set and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for front office and guest satisfaction.
  • Processing guest check-in, check-out, and handling all aspects of hotel operations to prevent potential issues.
  • Addressing guest requests promptly and ensuring a positive experience from reservation through departure.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also need to effectively manage your time, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and possess experience in managing large teams. A Senior First Aid Certificate and an open manual driver's license are also essential requirements.
