Job Title

  • Oversee all operations during the night shift, ensuring a smooth running of the hotel and creating a safe, sound and exceptional guest journey from night until morning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manager on duty for the hotel, including check-ins, check outs and guest enquiries.
  • Perform night audit functions, ensuring proper balancing of hotel revenues in rooms and food & beverage.
  • Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests.
  • Ensure the safety of our guests throughout the night.

Requirements:
  • Full Australian Working Rights- this role is not available for sponsorship.
  • Service focused personality and the love of working through the night is essential.
  • Ability to work flexible schedule, including ability to work across a 7-day roster, including, weekends and public holidays, shift hours arefrom 11pm – 7am.
  • A good understanding of finance and accounting practices.
  • Extensive knowledge of Front Office operations- essential.
  • Prior experience working with Opera Cloud or a related system.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Multi-tasker that is highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage conflicting priorities.
  • Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance.
