Hotel Operations Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee all hotel operations during the night shift.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest enquiries
  • Performing night audit functions to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Handling guest concerns and providing exceptional customer service
  • Maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and staff

You will be responsible for building strong relationships with stakeholders, leading by example, and setting the tone for high performance.

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong service focus, flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and a solid understanding of finance and accounting principles.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Front Office operations and proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage conflicting tasks effectively.
