Role Description

As a dedicated professional, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of donors to support our global mission. Our team of over 1,200 professionals work together in over 30 offices worldwide, driven by a shared vision to rescue millions, protect half a billion, and make justice unstoppable.

This role is based in Sydney, Australia, and reports to the Lead, Philanthropy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to cultivate and steward donors towards deeper financial engagement with our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Donor Portfolio Management
  • Develop and execute strategies to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors.
  • Work closely with the Business Intelligence Team to effectively tier donor portfolios based on activity and capacity.
Donor Engagement
  • Develop and execute donor engagement strategies, including marketing and communications touch points.
  • Identify and understand individual donor communication preferences and passions.
  • Attract, convert, and retain new Mid-level Donors.
Lapsed Donor Strategies
  • Develop and execute strategies to re-engage lapsed Mid-level Donors.
Retention and Movement
  • Ensure increased donor retention and value retention.
  • Qualify Mid-level Donors for movement to Major Donor Relationship Managers.
