Relationship Management Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic professional to develop and steward donor relationships, securing gifts of $10K+ and contributing to the growth of our donor portfolio.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop a portfolio of donors with a focus on securing significant gifts
  • Proactively manage and nurture relationships to solicit donations from prospects and existing donors
  • Support senior relationship managers in the stewardship of major and principal gifts
Key Requirements:
  • At least 3 years' experience in fundraising, customer service or a related field
  • Strong organisational skills, being results-driven and self-motivated
  • Experience establishing and nurturing relationships within a portfolio of existing and prospective donors and foundations
  • Excellent writing skills, including grant applications and donor communications
  • Exemplary interpersonal skills, effective listening and discretion
  • The ability to build and sustain relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
  • A proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • A demonstrated growth mindset with a positive attitude
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office suite products and previous use of CRM systems
Necessary Qualifications:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in arts, science, business, communications, marketing or equivalent work experience
