About the Role

Astrum is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Delivery Specialist to join their team in Adelaide. As a key member of the customer service team, you will be responsible for coordinating service jobs and scheduled maintenance for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, assign, and coordinate service schedules to ensure timely completion of jobs
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Assist with the coordination of service agreements and jobs, ensuring clients are informed of cost and timeframes
  • Undertake invoicing and account management, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients and team members

About You

  • At least 2 years' experience in a services environment, with a focus on administration and customer service
  • Proven ability to develop work schedules and allocate duties, with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
  • General administration experience, including the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
