About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive resident experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with a range of enquiries related to student residency, studies, and general needs.
  • Monitor and report concerns and/or issues relating to resident safety and wellbeing, escalating as needed.
  • Coordinate and execute administrative duties, including incoming and outgoing mail, filing, and other tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • National Police Check (completed within the last 3 months).
  • Working with Children's Check.
