Our UniLodge team is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our dynamic environment. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the front desk, and performing administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include responding to resident queries, conducting room inspections, and assisting with property management. To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be proactive, and have a strong attention to detail. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide courteous and efficient service to residents
* Manage the front desk, including handling incoming and outgoing mail
* Conduct room inspections and ensure resident satisfaction
* Assist with property management, including managing specific areas
* Respond to resident queries and concerns

**Requirements:**

* Eligibility to work in Australia
* National Police Check (completed within the last 3 months)
* SA Working with Children's Check (or be willing to obtain)
* Valid Certificate - Property Management Registration (or be willing to obtain)
