About the Role:
UniLodge is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front desk operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, responding to their queries, and ensuring their overall experience is positive and memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all duties associated with the operation of the front desk, including customer service, incoming and outgoing mail, filing, and other administrative tasks.
- Provide courteous, efficient, and professional service to exceed resident expectations.
- Respond to resident queries related to their student residency, studies, general needs, and overall wellbeing.
- Conduct room inspections to ensure the property is maintained to a high standard.
- Assist with managing the property-specific areas process.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience or background in administration, real estate, or accommodation.
- Prior experience working within a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills, verbal and written communication, and time management skills.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
- Strong telephone etiquette and ability to build rapport.
- Well-rounded organisational skills.
- Awareness and empathy for the diverse groups and backgrounds within the UniLodge community.
