Subdivision Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team, working directly under an experienced Project Manager and alongside Site Engineers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring quality and safety, and managing timelines and budgets.
This is a great opportunity to utilise your technical expertise and local knowledge to ensure subdivision projects run smoothly from start to finish.
- Plan and coordinate subdivision projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
- Ensure all project stakeholders are informed and aligned with project progress and milestones.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors to deliver high-quality results.
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 1+ years' experience in subdivisions as a Project Engineer.
- Strong technical knowledge of earthworks, roads, drainage and services.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Proven commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Advanced computer and systems know-how.
