Urban Subdivision Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the strategic delivery of urban subdivision projects.
- Lead project planning, resourcing, and delivery of urban subdivision works
- Develop and track project programs, budgets, and forecasts
- Oversee risk management, design coordination, and client communication
- Mentor and lead site-based teams and junior engineers
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and local authorities
- Manage subcontractor procurement, performance, and claims
- Proven experience managing civil projects—urban subdivisions or land development
- Strong strategic planning and problem-solving capability
- Familiarity with earthworks, services installation, roadworks, and infrastructure delivery
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Diverse project locations across North and South Brisbane
