We are seeking an experienced Land Development Leader to oversee the delivery of high-quality land development and infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction and urban subdivision projects, with excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
About This Role:
- This is a unique opportunity to lead a team of professionals in managing all phases of subdivision projects from tender to handover.
- You will be responsible for coordinating with site supervisors, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Project Manager in civil construction with a focus on urban subdivisions, as well as a strong technical understanding of earthworks, roadworks, sewer, stormwater, and water reticulation.
