Project Manager for Urban Subdivisions

Are you a skilled project manager looking to take on a challenging role in urban subdivisions? We are seeking a qualified individual to lead our team in delivering high-quality subdivision projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of subdivision projects from tender to handover
  • Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to meet client expectations
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and council stakeholders to maintain effective communication
  • Provide leadership to onsite teams and ensure seamless collaboration across all parties
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a project manager in civil construction with a focus on urban subdivisions
  • Strong technical understanding of earthworks, roadworks, sewer, stormwater, and water reticulation
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with local authority and council specifications
  • Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
  • Current driver's license and construction white card
