We are seeking a seasoned project leader to oversee the successful delivery of urban subdivision projects in Brisbane.

The Project Overview
  • Lead strategic project planning, resourcing, and delivery of urban subdivision works.
  • Develop and track project programs, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Oversee risk management, design coordination, and client communication.
  • Mentor and lead site-based teams and junior engineers.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and local authorities.
  • Manage subcontractor procurement, performance, and claims.
  • Ensure safety, environmental, and quality standards are met across all sites.
About the Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience managing civil projects—urban subdivisions or land development.
  • Strong strategic planning and problem-solving capability.
  • Sound knowledge of earthworks, services installation, roadworks, and infrastructure delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with local authority processes and compliance standards.
  • Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Strong commercial and contractual understanding.
