We are seeking a talented and ambitious Civil Engineer to join our team at Shadforth.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Grad, Site or Project Engineer who is eager to progress their career with a leading Civil Contracting company. At Shadforth, we offer long-term career opportunities and are dedicated to the growth and professional development of our employees.

As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for daily project activities to ensure project outcomes are met in accordance with contractual and safety requirements. Your primary focus will be on large-scale Residential subdivision projects, such as Bulk Earthworks, Drainage and Roadworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily site inspections and oversee onsite teams and plant, including subcontractors
  • Manage construction planning, programming, and completion schedules
  • Procurement and allocation of necessary project resources
  • Cost tracking and reporting to Project Manager
  • Quality Assurance documentation
  • Contract Administration, including NODs/EOTs, notices, reporting, claims
