High-End Automotive Experience Specialist

We seek an automobile enthusiast who appreciates the finer details of high-end vehicles. As a Luxury Brand Evaluator, you will discreetly assess customer experiences and provide critical feedback that helps brands refine their services.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Select missions that align with your personal preferences and profile.
  • Evaluate luxury stores or online platforms from the comfort of your home.
  • Observe carefully, visiting boutiques, checking ambiance, experiencing luxury showrooms, purchasing online, evaluating after-sales services, or overall customer experience.
  • Provide honest feedback through our platform, sharing your observations via questionnaires.

This is a freelance, project-based position with flexible working hours. You will be required to have a good understanding of the automobile industry, be passionate about automobiles and improving customer service and retail environments, enjoy interacting with people, have a keen eye for discreetly observing and noting various aspects of your shopping experience, willingness to adapt to varying assignment types and industries, ability to provide unbiased, honest feedback without personal biases, and promptness in filling out online surveys.
