Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Guest Relations professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and a strong understanding of luxury automotive brands.

  • Welcome guests and maintain a clean environment that reflects the brand's values.
  • Conduct customer contact for sales and service follow-up, event invitations, appointment confirmations, and brand communications.
  • Manage social media accounts, curating content that showcases each brand's tone and prestige.
  • Assist in marketing campaigns and initiatives across both brands.
  • Monitor digital engagement and provide insights to improve performance.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute customer events for both brands.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Delight customers with superior service standards.
  • A strong background in customer service, preferably within luxury automotive, hospitality, retail, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Marketing and social media management experience, with a focus on premium branding.
  • Exceptional communication skills – in person, over the phone, and in writing.
  • An organized approach to managing multiple priorities with composure.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Experience in event planning and execution is preferred.
