
Sales Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. Your primary focus will be on building strong partnerships with clients to identify new business opportunities and grow market share throughout your defined territory and customer groups.
The management of both marketing and sales activities for your territory, with the goal of positioning us as the business partner of choice for residential builders and their trade partners, will be a key aspect of this role.
You will have the opportunity to educate our distributors' sales staff on our products and programs.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and expand market share
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Manage marketing and sales activities for your territory, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales initiatives
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management
- Proven track record of achieving sales and growth goals
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Financial acumen and ability to manage budgets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
