
Sales Growth Strategist

This full-time role reports to the Head of Sales (Cased Goods) Australia.
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Strategist to develop sales strategies, attract new clients, source new sales opportunities, close sales to achieve quotas, manage and negotiate with clients, generate leads, qualify prospects, and manage sales of products and services.
Main Responsibilities:- Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
- Procure new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
- Attend networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure retention.
- Suggest upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
- Craft business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
- Negotiate with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Equip staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
- Review clients' feedback and implement necessary changes.
- Proven sales experience or operational experience.
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar.
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
- Computer use competency.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and driven.
