Job Summary

Marriott International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team. As a Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for leading the front office team and ensuring that all guest interactions are exceptional. You will be the face of the hotel and will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the front office team and ensure that all guest interactions are exceptional.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage the front office budget and ensure that all expenses are within budget.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
  • Ensure that all front office staff are trained and equipped to provide exceptional guest service.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a front office or guest services role.
  • Proven track record of improving guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
