Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team as an Account Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for nurturing existing accounts within the Brisbane Metro and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a sales plan for new and existing customers.
  • Maintain a CRM system to track sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Represent the company at industry events to build relationships and promote our products.
  • Ensure a full pipeline of activity is consistently maintained to meet targeted sales goals.

Requirements

  • Prior technical sales experience selling through wholesalers, merchants, and retailers.
  • Preferable experience in the industrial and commercial plumbing market.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a national team.
  • Self-motivated and committed to achieving individual and team goals.
  • Experience with advanced CRM and project tracking platforms is an advantage.
